To this end, the booktarget.pl Service uses, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) and all server security measures (Anti-SPAM, Anti-DDoS, Antivirus, WAF) provided by the hosting provider: Dhosting.pl Sp. z o.o., based in Poland. The booktarget.pl Service is operated by IMKER Sp. z o.o., based in Poland, and uses all necessary security measures for data storage provided by Amazon.com Inc., based in Germany.
- The Service and the Store provide their services and functions by obtaining information about users in the following ways: a) through information voluntarily entered in forms b) through the collection of „cookies” [see Cookie Policy]
- Personal data provided in forms is processed for the purpose resulting from the specific form’s function: The primary purpose is to provide the service offered by the service and the store and to process the service related to the form’s function. a) The purpose of processing personal data provided by the buyer in connection with purchases in the store is to fulfill orders. Payments in the store are handled with the help of: Autopay S.A., based in Sopot at ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, registered in the District Court Gdańsk – Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000320590, with a share capital of PLN 2,205,500 (fully paid), NIP: 585-13-51-185, REGON: 191781561. b) To provide the service, there may be links redirecting to other cooperating websites. Such sites also collect and process personal data but operate independently of the Service and have their own privacy policies. We carefully select reliable partner websites.
c) On the booktarget.pl pages, there may be affiliate links (advertisements for products from advertisers). By clicking on them, the user can view their offer. The Seller may receive a commission from advertisers for using the offer.
d) Your data may be disclosed to authorized entities or authorities if required by law.
- Personal data in the Service and the Store is collected and processed based on the voluntary consent given by the User at the time of providing such data: a) Placing an order by the buyer in the store by clicking the „Order and Pay” button constitutes a declaration of the buyer’s will to enter into an agreement with the seller. During the ordering process, until clicking the „Order and Pay” button, the buyer can modify their personal data for proof of purchase. b) Personal data in the service and store may also be collected and processed in cases where legal provisions authorize the Administrator to process personal data based on legal provisions.
- Data retention period Data is retained for the period necessary to provide the service for which the User has given consent. The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and request the Data Administrator to suspend or delete the data.
- Rights Every person whose data is concerned has the right to access the data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, object, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
